Listening

..is about getting an expression. Some people express best in English, some in a particular local dialect, some with their facial expressions, some with their eyes, some best express with their hands, some in written words, some through images. Each person has his/her unique ‘language’ in which he/she express best. Listening is about getting the expression.

Communication is the expression having been gotten. There are expressions galore; communication very little, if not rare. Violence is also an expression, emphatically expressed, when communication did not happen. There IS such a thing as “nonviolent communication”

If I can express in such a way that my expression is gotten, then I am good at communication!
